Finally! The Sprouts Teaching Pavilion sign is up! Special thanks to Jake Parr and the McKinney High welding class and Johnny Neufeld at Crosslink Powder - couldn’t have turned out better. Next step is to accent the vegetables and raise it all the way up. Finally thanks to for being such a great partner!

Good news and bad news at EMLG. The Garden is almost fully planted and is looking great! Harvested 10 gallons of herbs for this week.
And the Bad News. We were robbed. Storage bin was broken into and $3000 of equipment (quickie saw, blower, trimmer, batteries) was taken. Very sad.

We enjoyed a beautiful fall morning in the garden as we learned how to preserve herbs and make cowboy butter with Chef Heather from Hevnly Eats Catering.

A midweek visit and delivery to one of our favorite community partners, HUGS Cafe. The produce went straight from the Garden to the kitchen in preparation for lunch. It doesn’t get any fresher than this! Have you had your hugs today?!
