Only two riders broke the 15-second barrier, Joy Wargo was one of them.🏆
Riding Chasin Tres Cans (by Tres Seis out of VF Chasin Cans, an Eddie Stinson mare), Joy was the only competitor with four or more horses to finish in the 1D 100% of the time.
While four riders tied for the most total 1D placings, Joy stood alone with a perfect 100% 1D rate, making her one of the most consistent performers of Colorado Classic!🙌
Competing on 6 different horses at Colorado Classic from 4 different sire lines, DaCota Ray Monk recorded the highest 1D rate (46%) among riders with the most diverse lineup.

Pete Oen showed up after a career-changing injury, placing in the 1D 85% of the time, earning over $4,000, and proving the resilience it takes to succeed at the highest level. 🏆
Competing on four unique horses, each by a different sire and out of different dam's sires, Pete proved that versatility is one of his greatest strengths. While many trainers find success with one or two preferred bloodlines, Pete consistently performed across four completely different pedigrees.
Those pedigrees included Epic Leader, Fire Water Flit, The Goodbye Lane, and Blazin Jetolena.
