Yesterday, I was attempting to record a video about making homemade butter, but I had all sorts of issues, and a furniture delivery in the middle of filming. Needless to say, I have to do it all over again!

Made some gorditas today to help break in the comal after having to reseason it!

I try to incorporate a bit more stylized shots when recording but it actually takes quite a bit of work! This next one may be a bit more informal with the visual styling, lol!

I am totally failing at posting videos and food pics… not because I don’t want to work on this project, but life has a way of taking control and you just have to handle it. For those that know us, know we moved from TN to TX again, and I started school majoring in business management. I have four videos waiting to be edited, and more ideas in my head. I’m sorry I’ve left this project hanging, and I promise it will come back. I’m just trying to find my balance in life. Thanks for understanding. ❤️

It’s been over a year since I published anything. The last year has been a whirlwind that has taken us to the DFW area, and we have finally been able to get settled. Anyway… is anyone in the mood for molecular gastronomy?

I recently saw one of my friends cook this and we wanted to try it. I don’t think any one in the house had ever eaten pecan crusted anything, so it was a new one for the family.
