Sunday’s run is starting at Duino Coffeehouse for our Adriatica route with coffee, breakfast & conversation afterwards. See y’all there!

We did Global Running Day in the best way. We celebrated with bananas and chocolate milk at the finish.
We did run into some challenges with downed trees, but not challenging enough to stop us.

The heat has returned! We switched to our summer route with extra water stops. Everyone made it back ready to cool down.

Last Sunday of May long run & we were excited to have join us for the morning bringing their excitement, raffle prizes, drinks, & snacks, including some delicious chocolate chip 🍪! Amazing to have such a large group getting in their 5 minutes, 5 miles, or 15+ miles, depending on their season of life!

Global Running Day is Wednesday- please join the 5 & 5:30 am crew if you’d like to get your miles in!

Thursday night’s run kicked off our summer running temps! It may have been hot, it may have been humid, but we all persisted and got in some miles and even an amazing sunset!

We veered from our normal schedule to start at Duino Coffee this week due to the Byron Nelson. Nice to see folks out during Memorial Day weekend.

Next Sunday’s long run is Taychas.
