Let’s talk about FRAUD. 🤔

You may be asking yourself, “What crime did Fauci actually commit?”

The answer is FRAUD and here’s why:

Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 9(b), fraud claims require a heightened pleading standard that mandates plaintiffs state the circumstances constituting fraud with particularity. This rule serves to prevent baseless accusations, protect reputations, and ensure judicial economy by requiring specific details rather than vague generalizations.

To satisfy Rule 9(b), a complaint must clearly identify the "who, what, when, where, and how" of the alleged misconduct. This includes specifying the statements contended to be fraudulent, identifying the speaker, stating when and where the statements were made, and explaining why they were false or misleading at the time. Courts apply this standard not only to claims labeled as fraud but also to any claim that "sounds in fraud," such as fraud-based consumer protection or whistleblower suits.

While the external circumstances of the fraud must be pleaded with particularity, the rule allows the defendant’s intent, knowledge, malice, or other conditions of the mind to be alleged generally. However, following the Supreme Court’s decisions in Twombly and Iqbal, most circuits require that these mental state allegations be supported by sufficient factual content to render the claim plausible, with some circuits like the Second Circuit requiring a strong inference of fraudulent intent. Failure to meet these heightened standards typically results in the dismissal of the fraud claims.

A FRAUD pleading fleshes out the fraud committed in high definition clarity, it erases all statutes of limitations binding the fraud committed, and clears the path for future lawsuits.

A FRAUD pleading would pave the way for victims to be restored under the law.

THAT’S why all the talking heads are all focusing on immunity.

Immunity focuses on Fauci.

Pleading FRAUD focuses on the crime committed and paves the way for victims to be restored under the law.

This is why knowing your enemy and the arena you’re playing in is as important as knowing the letter of the law itself.

It’s panic.

Panic narrows perception.

Breathing changes.
Reading changes.

That is why approach matters.

Before someone can navigate a contract, policy, legal notice, or procedural manual, they need enough internal stability to read with clarity.

The first step is simple:

Slow the pace.

One breath.

One definition.
One page.

The document stops being a threat and starts becoming a map.

It’s All in the Approach

Many people struggle with technical documentation under pressure.

Not because they lack intelligence…

…but because they were never formally taught how to approach technical systems.

Years ago during California wildfire response operations, exhausted utility crews were subjected to Operator Qualification audits requiring written procedural testing before workers could advance to hands-on performance evaluations.

One missed answer meant failure.

Not because the workers lacked experience.

But because procedural literacy under pressure is a real skillset.

This same dynamic appears throughout modern life:

contracts,
insurance,
legal notices,
financial systems,
consumer agreements,
and technical documentation.

Most people are not intimidated because they are incapable.

They are intimidated because nobody ever taught them how to approach the material:

systematically,
methodically,
confidently.

Prepping for court racked my nerves. I’m not even gonna lie.

It took two days of stone cold focused rest to prepare this PTSD survivor for my first official court date as a defendant.

I was glad I spent the two weeks in the garden prior to that.

Grounding is so important.

They hit me with everything they had.

I can’t wait to report on this. This is quite the recon.
