Tuesday, September 15 was the 1st day students were able to have class in our new Career Labs classroom. That Tuesday and Wednesday we discussed our rules and policies for the labs, joined our new coworker in our career positions, took our Lab Basics tests, and turned in parent permission forms. Thursday 9/17 students worked with their new coworker/partner to complete a foil boat competition. Using only a 12x12 sheet of aluminum foil, students experimented with different boat designs to see which boat could stay afloat with the most weight in it.
