The results are in and Jackson Co FFA had a great State Fair. On Thursday, 8 members competed in Livestock and Dairy Evaluation. On Friday, 13 members competed in 4-H Land Judging and Homesite evaluation and 4 members competed in the Nursery and Landscape Contest.

The Nursery Team composed of Malachi Shannon, Avery Stewart, Kendilynn Caldwell, and Austin Carter placed 9th in the state.

The 4-H Land and Homesite team tied for second in Land and placed 3rd in Homesite.
Individual results are as follows:

Jr Division:
Jacob Davidson Land Judging Red
Josiah Etherton land judging red
Skyren Coffey Land judging White

Sr. Division
Allison McKinney land Judging Blue
Camrin Carter Land judging red and homesite white
Madalynn Collins Homesite Res
Neil Gabbard land judging red and homesite white
Derick Towe land judging Red
Jadyn Etherton land judging red
Addi Wilson Land judging red
Tucker Scalf Land judging white
Remmie Bingham land judging and homesite white
Adrian McFarland land judging white

Dairy judging team members were Allison McKinney, Derick Towe, Tucker Scalf, and Malachi Shannon.

Livestock team members were Madalynn Collins, Kendilynn Caldwell, Remmie Bingham, and Austin Carter.

Thank you to 4-H Agent Hunter Carrol and JCHS FYRC Julia McCowan for helping chaperon and making this year of state competitions a wonderful experience.
