🎉 A BIG Learning Linx celebration for Grace! 🎉
We are so excited to celebrate a very special milestone — Grace has officially completed her Occupational Therapy journey! 🐾💛

Grace has worked so hard throughout her time in OT, showing determination, perseverance, and a willingness to keep trying even when things were challenging. Watching her grow, build new skills, and gain confidence has been such a joy.

Today, she received her Certificate of Achievement, and that smile says it all! 🥹✨
Grace, we are SO proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished. Keep believing in yourself, keep growing, and keep showing the world what you can do!

🌟 Meet the Learning Linx Team! 🌟

Learning Linx has been growing, and I am so excited to introduce the amazing professionals who make up our team! 💙🐾

One of the things I’m most proud of at Learning Linx is that we’re able to bring together professionals with different backgrounds, specialties, and experiences while sharing the same goal: helping each child feel successful, supported, and confident.

📚 Miss Jennifer – Academic Coach
Jennifer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development and has worked in education since 2001. She has experience with students from Pre-K through 12th grade and understands that no two learners are exactly alike. Jennifer focuses on building strong relationships with her students while adapting instruction to their individual strengths and needs.

📚 Miss Paiton – Academic Coach
Paiton brings her educational experience and passion for working with students to our Academic Coaching team. She provides individualized 1:1 support designed to meet students where they are, strengthen their skills, and help them become more confident and independent learners.

🧩 Miss Sarah – Occupational Therapist
Sarah Metze, MSOT, OTR/L, supports children with sensory processing and regulation, fine motor and handwriting skills, self-care, emotional regulation, executive functioning, school readiness, and other developmental skills. Her approach is engaging, individualized, and centered around each child's strengths.

📚 Miss Amy – Academic Coach/Interventionist
Amy brings her experience in education and intervention to Learning Linx, providing individualized academic support for students who may need a different approach to learning. She works to build skills, confidence, and strategies that students can carry with them beyond their sessions.

🗣️ Miss Gwen – Speech-Language Pathologist
Gwen Sweeney, MS-SLP, helps children strengthen their communication skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Her areas of interest include language disorders, speech sound disorders, fluency/stuttering, social communication, and executive function and cognitive-communication skills.

🎓 Miss Jasmine – Academic Coach & SAT/ACT Specialist
Jasmine works with students through individualized Academic Coaching and also brings specialized support to our growing SAT/ACT Test Prep program. She helps students strengthen academic skills, develop effective strategies, prepare for testing, and build confidence as they work toward their goals.
And behind every title is someone who genuinely cares about the kids who walk through our doors. 💙

At Learning Linx, our services are private, 1:1, and individualized because children don't all learn, communicate, regulate, or grow in the same way — and their support shouldn't look the same either.

I am incredibly excited about where Learning Linx is headed and so thankful to have this team helping us continue to grow and serve more children and families in our community.

🐾 MEET LINX! 🐾
We are so excited to introduce the newest member of the Learning Linx family — Linx, our official mascot! 💙💚

And... Yes, I used ChatGPT to help create Linx. 😂 I’m an educator and business owner—not an illustrator! The vision, colors, meaning, and MANY rounds of “nope, change that” were all me. 😂 ChatGPT just helped me get the little guy out of my head and onto the screen. And I absolutely LOVE how he turned out! 🐾💙💚

We chose a lynx for more than the fun connection to our name. A lynx is known for being observant, focused, adaptable, independent, resilient, and resourceful — many of the same qualities we work to develop in our learners every day.

Linx will represent curiosity, confidence, perseverance, growth, and independence and will become a fun part of the Learning Linx experience!

You’ll start seeing Linx around the center in lots of new ways. 🐾 We’re planning Learning Linx spirit wear and merchandise for students, families, and staff; Linx stickers and other goodies; student recognition tied to our Linx Traits; special activities and challenges; and plenty of Linx appearances during our spirit weeks and monthly activities.
We also want Linx to help us celebrate the little wins that are actually really big wins — trying something difficult, staying focused a little longer, asking for help, using a new strategy, working through frustration, becoming more independent, or simply refusing to give up.

Our five core Linx Traits will be:
💡 CURIOUS — Keep asking, exploring & learning
🎯 FOCUSED — Work toward your goals
⛰️ RESILIENT — Keep going when things get hard

🍂🎃 OCTOBER IS FULL OF FUN AT LEARNING LINX! 🎃🍂
October is here, and we have an entire month of awareness, inclusion, creativity, and FUN planned for our Learning Linx students! 💙

Throughout the month, students will have opportunities to participate in special activities recognizing ADHD Awareness Month, Dyslexia Awareness, Breast Cancer Awareness, and World Mental Health Day, along with activities celebrating the many different ways our brains learn, grow, and shine. 🧠✨

🍎 Is Your Little One Ready for Pre-K or Kindergarten? ✏️
Learning Linx is now enrolling for our Pre-K & Kindergarten Readiness Program!

Our program is a little different from a traditional preschool or group readiness class. Every session is private 1:1, which means your child receives direct instruction and the full attention of their coach for the entire session.

No competing for attention in a classroom. No one-size-fits-all lessons. And during cold and flu season, there’s also less exposure to all those classroom germs! 🤧

Instead, we meet your child exactly where they are and provide individualized instruction based on their strengths and the skills they still need to develop.

During sessions, we can work on:
📚 Letter recognition, letter sounds & early literacy
🔢 Counting, number sense, shapes & patterns
✏️ Pre-writing, pencil skills & fine motor development
🧠 Attention, listening & following directions
💛 Confidence, independence & emotional readiness
🎒 Classroom routines and overall school readiness

Program Details:
✨ 2 private 1:1 sessions per week
✨ 45 minutes per session
✨ 8 sessions each month
✨ $480/month

This program is perfect for children preparing to enter Pre-K or Kindergarten, children who aren't currently attending a preschool program, or little learners who could benefit from some extra individualized support before starting school.

🌟 Helping Kids Build Skills for Everyday Life! 🌟

At Learning Linx, Inc., our Pediatric Occupational Therapy program helps children strengthen the skills they need to feel more confident, capable, and independent at home, at school, and in everyday life.

Our individualized, 1:1 OT sessions can support children with:
