Wondering how ro celebrate Valentine's Day? Bring your favorite person to the TEMPO Gala Friday, Feb. 17, 6pm, at D'Andrea's in Crystal Lake. Dinner, dancing, silent auction, 50/50 and more. Spend an evening with friends and family raising money to support the Arts at MCHS! Choir, Band, Drama - all benefit from this fundraiser. $50/person, 4 hours of open bar. The cast, crew, and directors have worked hard (and in a short amount of time!) to prepare these shows and your support would no doubt mean a lot of them. Cost for tickets is $5 at the door. If you have or know young children, please bring them to our Children's Theatre performance, Your Own Kind of Different, on Friday, April 8th at 4pm and 5:30pm in the East Campus Theatre! This delightful, interactive, and entirely student-produced theatre experience is specifically written and acted for young children. What a great way to introduce them to the theatre! Come one, come all!

McHenry Theatre Department Presents THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA”

McHenry High School Theatre Department is pleased to announce their spring musical, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera. Performances will take place at the West Campus school's auditorium located at 4724 W. Crystal Lake Road in McHenry. The musical will run March 4, 5, 11 & 12 at 7:00pm and on March 6 at 2:00pm. Tickets are $6 for students/seniors and $8 for adults.

Far beneath the majesty and splendor of the Paris Opera House, hides the Phantom in a shadowy existence. Shamed by his physical appearance and feared by all, the love he holds for his beautiful protegée is so strong that even her heart cannot resist.
Set in a Paris opera house, The Phantom of the Opera tells the story of a horrifying yet hauntingly beautiful story of how the disfigured Phantom falls in love with his captivating student Christine. Little does the Phantom know Christine's heart is already in someone else's hands.
