🌿 Rainforest Conservation & Wildlife Education Trip 🐒🌎
What an incredible experience exploring the rainforest and learning firsthand how conservation and community work together to protect our planet!
During our trip we had the opportunity to:
🐾 Track near-threatened wildlife inside a protected preserve and learn how researchers monitor animal populations to ensure their survival.
🌱 Study eco-tourism and wildlife preservation efforts, seeing how responsible tourism can support habitat protection and sustainable local livelihoods.
📚 Support local schools, sharing resources and learning together about the importance of caring for the environment.
🧹 Serve alongside the community in a neighborhood clean-up, helping keep the rainforest ecosystem healthy for both people and wildlife.
Experiences like these are exactly the kind of hands-on learning and meaningful service we want our students to be part of.
We can’t wait to take the school to Belize next February for another incredible conservation and cultural learning experience! 🌎
📣 We are currently accepting applications for Fall enrollment. If you’re looking for a school that combines academic excellence with real-world learning and service opportunities, we’d love to connect.
Grateful for the people, the wildlife, and the lessons we brought home from the rainforest. 💚

What an unforgettable way to wrap up our semester! Our students ventured into the Florida Everglades for a hands-on capstone experience focused on wetlands ecology, conservation, and wildlife.
We explored the critical differences between native and invasive species, discussed why wetlands matter, and observed firsthand how ecosystems are impacted when balance is disrupted. One of the biggest surprises of the adventure? Finding fossils—a powerful reminder that this land tells a story stretching back thousands of years.
Students also documented physical evidence of invasive Burmese pythons, connecting classroom learning to real-world environmental challenges and conservation efforts.
This trip captured everything we value: curiosity, rigorous learning, stewardship, and the joy of discovery. We are so proud of our students for asking thoughtful questions, making careful observations, and engaging deeply with the natural world. 🌱
Learning like this sticks for a lifetime

We believe children learn best when they are inspired and engaged. Our homeschool learning community brings students together to explore core academics through meaningful discussion, hands-on experiences, and collaborative learning. This is homeschooling—supported, enriched, and brought to life. Enrollment is now open.

Students with The Academy at Walnut Creek attended an amazing design seminar at the Museum of Design Atlanta and my mind is officially blown! 🤯 So cool to see how design can totally change the world we experience. We all learned so much about the history and future of architectural design. It's truly inspiring to think about all the different ways we can build and innovate. Can't wait to see how these students put their design inspiration into action. 🏛️✨

We had the awesome opportunity to help host a trick-or-treating event at an assisted living center! 🍬 It was so heartwarming to see the residents' faces light up as the little ones came by with their candy bags. We definitely brought some spooky fun to Prema at Ashton Hills! 👻 It felt great to give back to the community and create some special memories for everyone. Big thanks to all the students who helped make Prema at Ashton Hills so festive! 🎉

We are thrilled to officially announce the launch of The Academy at The Square on January 12th.
This marks the beginning of a new homeschool learning community designed to support families with high-quality core academics, meaningful enrichment, and a strong sense of connection. We are grateful for the families, teachers, volunteers, and partners who have helped bring this vision to life, and we look forward to learning, growing, and serving together.
We cannot wait to welcome our students and begin this journey.
