Today our readers in the STARS (Support To Achieve Reading Success) program went to Camp Reads-a-Lot to celebrate all of the incredible growth they have made this year in reading! We had mini s’mores, made bookmarks to get us excited about summer reading, and enjoyed time playing games with each other in our tents. We even had one of our K4 classes get in on the fun! What a great day celebrating some extraordinary kids and their amazing growth! 📚⛺️🔖🎉⭐️

Our 2nd graders did an experiment in Science today where they tested the speed of different liquids. They were surprised to learn that syrup was not the slowest option and were excitedly cheering for their liquid of choice! Hands on learning is a must at the Creek!

Creekside Christian Academy will be open as scheduled tomorrow (Jan. 17). Parents are encouraged to dress students in warm clothing, including coats, hats, and multiple layers, as the area is under a Wind Chill Advisory until 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
