The things I avoid, seem so benign ... yet my brain does not know that. What are those things ? Emails, voicemails, appointments, text messages.... I did one thing today that I had to quit avoiding.

I'm posting this late, but the message is interesting. I hadn't see this before, I squashed my plans and spent the day with people I virtually co-worked with every day.
The slowdown was very much needed. It is good to practice self-care. No worries, the work isn't going anywhere.
