DON’T FORGET YOU.

You spend so much time showing up for everyone else.

Checking on them.
Encouraging them.
Praying for them.
Making sure they’re okay.

But today, check on you.

Give yourself permission to rest.
Give yourself permission to breathe.
Give yourself permission to say no.
Give yourself permission to take care of the woman behind the strength everyone sees.

You matter, too.

You are not selfish for needing a moment. You are not weak because you need rest. And you don’t have to pour from an empty cup to prove that you care.

Today, choose to nurture you. ♥️
