EAST student Caden Ayers led an awesome drone demonstration for our 5th period EAST class! He shared how drones are used in agriculture, from monitoring crops to improving efficiency in the field.

Students loved seeing the technology in action and learning how it connects to real-world careers. Great job, Caden, for representing EAST and sharing your knowledge!

Our students had the privilege to attend EAST Conference March 17th-19th, and they represented “Our Greatest Hits” in the best way possible. The conference team went above and beyond to showcase our program. To top it all off, they even got a surprise visit to the alligator farm! We are so proud of this group and all they accomplished!

We are incredibly proud of our students who competed in the Girl Power CNC Equipment Competition today at ASUB!
-Addison Dewitt earned the People’s Choice Award, meaning her project was voted the best overall by attendees. She received $50 and a $750 scholarship. This is her second year in a row advancing to the state competiton!
-Maeson Gaines and Saybrie Cornelious were also awarded $500 scholarships for their participation and hard work in the competition.
These young women represented our school well today! I couldn’t be more proud of them and their achievements!
