There will be **no school for students on Monday, September 14**, while Parent-Teacher Conferences are held.

McCrory School District is seeking sealed bids for Football Field Ticket Booth and Restroom Improvements.

Bid Deadline: September 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
Bid Submission: Superintendent Scott Waymire, McCrory School District Administration Office, 509 N. Jackson, McCrory, AR 72101.

Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following the submission deadline.

Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the project site to review existing conditions. Plans and contract documents may be obtained by calling (501) 376-2446 or visiting CapitolBluePlanRoom.com.

The successful bidder must comply with all applicable Arkansas contractor licensing, bonding, Davis-Bacon wage, and federal requirements. The project provides for a completion period of 160 calendar days.

McCrory School District welcomes proposals from all qualified contractors and encourages interested firms to participate in the bidding process.
