What. A. Summer. ☀️💙

As we get ready to say goodbye to another unforgettable summer, we can’t help but smile thinking about all the memories we’ve made together.

From colorful spaghetti noodle fights 🌈🍝 and tie-dye T-shirts to picnic lunches, water days, outdoor adventures, crafts, games, and so many laughs, every day brought something new. Watching our kiddos explore, create, make friends, and simply enjoy being kids has been the highlight of our summer.

To our amazing summer families—thank you for sharing your children with us. We are so grateful to have been a small part of their summer memories.

We’re going to miss our summer crew so much, but we’re excited to cheer them on as they head into a new school year. We hope they have the best year, and we can’t wait to make even more memories with those who stay year round!

Here’s to an incredible summer filled with laughter, sunshine, and lots of messy fun. ❤️☀️

🍋 Our lemonade stand was a HUGE success! 🍋

We are so thankful for everyone who stopped by, donated, and supported our little learners. Because of your generosity, we were able to purchase some amazing new shelves for our classrooms!

These new shelves are going to make such a difference in our space. They will help us keep materials more organized, create a safer and more accessible environment for the children, and allow our classrooms to be set up in a way that better supports learning, independence, and play. We can’t wait for Brooke to be back so the girls can get everything organized and ready for the kids to enjoy!

As we head into the new school year, we are also working on filling these new spaces with some fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate toys and learning materials. We put together a small wishlist for anyone who wants to help contribute. 💛

Please know there is absolutely no expectation for families to purchase anything — your support, trust, and partnership mean so much to us already! This is simply an opportunity for those who enjoy helping our classrooms continue to grow and want to be a part of creating an even better environment for our kiddos.

🌟 A Moment to Celebrate! 🌟

This week, we had an unannounced state licensing visit, and we are incredibly proud of how well it went!

Anyone in early childhood education knows that visits like these don't go well by accident. They are the result of countless hours of hard work, attention to detail, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality care every single day—not just when someone is watching.

From maintaining a safe and healthy environment, to keeping up with training, documentation, lesson planning, cleaning, and meeting the individual needs of every child, there is so much that happens behind the scenes. Our staff puts their hearts into this work every day, and it showed during our visit.
Of course, there are always a few small things to improve, and we welcome those opportunities to grow. But hearing positive feedback from state licensing is always rewarding and serves as a reminder that the hard work our team puts in each day truly makes a difference.

We are so thankful for our incredible staff. Their dedication, professionalism, and love for the children in our care are what make McCool Early Learners such a special place. ❤️

HUGE shoutout to our AMAZING staff. This group of 3 shows up every day, loves the kids, does fun activities and SO SO much more behind the scenes. This is such an amazing power team and the daycare couldn’t be more blessed to have every single one of them! Thanks for all that you guys do ❤️
