Jonnie G. ‘Jon’ Milligan
Jonnie G. "Jon" Milligan, 74, of Malta, passed away at his home on Friday, July 31, 2020.

He was born June 29, 1946, in Morgan County, to the late Hubert and Juanita (Dillon) Milligan.

Jon was an M-M graduate of the Class of 1964, a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the Malta United Methodist Church. He was also a life member of the National VFW. He had a love of military history. Jon was an avid Cleveland Indians fan and had an extensive collection of coins, along with military and sports memorabilia.

He is survived by a sister-in-law, Connie Milligan; nephew, Joe Milligan; and niece, Meradith Rich. Also surviving are an aunt, Janice Dillon; several cousins, and close friends and neighbors.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jeff Milligan.

A loving cremation has taken place, and private graveside services will be held at a later date with military rites.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Malta United Methodist Church in Jon's memory.
