Serenity Sanctuary is located at 450 E Bell Avenue in McConnelsville. The entrance is at the back of Bell Avenue Manor.

Take the time to unplug and reset with a Sound, Reiki, or Yoga Nidra session. 30 & 60 minute appointments are available on Wednesday and Sunday. Other days may be available by request.

Did you know Serenity Sanctuary now offers Yoga Nidra sessions?

Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep. During these sessions your body completely relaxes while your mind remains aware. A 45 minute session can have the same benefits as a 3 hour nap!

Why not take a stroll through a Lavender field with me? This meditation leads you on the journey to complete relaxation. Aromatherapy may be added to enhance the experience (by request).

For the month of September you can book a 45 minute session for only $30. Message or text (740)684-1992 to schedule. Times are available on Wednesday & Sunday, evening sessions are available on request.
