Welcome Coach Bear! It’s a little while overdue. He’s been here a month and been a member for around a year. A 6-1 Pro, with lots of rounds as a highlight heavyweight on TBL, and a strong Coach. Welcome to BCA!

A very good example for our Women’s Self-Defense Clinic next month. Eye witnesses claimed she started the situation. This is no excuse for an assault like this, but it is something she could have avoided.
Rule #1! Do NOT get out of the car and put yourself in this situation. Lock the doors! Drive away! ESPECIALLY if you have a child in the car.

The man deserves what he gets, but always remember… an ounce of prevention is worth a gallon of cure. This is a situation that could have been avoided. That doesn’t justify it, but it shows she did not have to go through it. You win every confrontation you don’t take part in.
