Our Lobos enjoyed Career Day! We learned so much from all of our gracious presenters who volunteered their time to talk to our Lobos about their various professions. Thank you Mr. De Leon, Mr. Garza, Mrs. Richards, Mr. Morales, Mr. Simontis, Mr. Sweeney, Mrs. Guillen Rios, Mr. Lopez and Mr. Guzman your participation and support means the world to us at IDEA Tres Lagos Academy!

Today we held our Royal Reader and Royal Genie Celebration! We are so proud of our Lobos and all their hard work! We can’t wait to see them continue to exceed goals next year! Goooo Lobos! 🎉

Our Lobos who met all their electives goals earned a trip to Main Event this week! The electives goals that must be met are Word Master (1st & 2nd grade), Royal Reader (3rd-5th grade), Math Genius (500 lessons), Typing Master (10 hours) and Fitness Ambassador (1,200 M.V.P.A). All our Lobos have worked so hard all year and we are immensely proud of their accomplishments and growth! Gooo Lobos!

This week we held our New to IDEA Social, where we celebrated all our students who completed their first full year at IDEA! Thank you parents for your continued commitment and partnership to being a Lobo, we appreciate all our families! 💛💙

Happy Mother’s Day to all our Lobo Mothers! We held our Muffins with Mom event this past Friday to celebrate all of our Lobo mothers! Thank you for you continuous support and dedication to our Lobos! 💝

This week we celebrated Teacher Appreciation Week! Our teachers have been the best captains of their ships during the rough seas of the 23-24 school year! We are extremely thankful for each one of our teachers and their continuous dedication and support to our Lobos! They are the reason this year was full of fun learning adventures for our Lobos! Last week was full of fun for our Lobos! Our 5th grade students celebrated Harry Potter Day and were transported to Hogwarts! We ended the week with a Cinco De Mayo Pep Rally full of fun and games! Here are a few pictures to recap the week.

Hello TL families,

If your child is pending immunizations, Pro Care is hosting a vaccine clinic Monday, May 6th at our campus. Please read the flyer below for more information. Thank you

Good morning TL families,

Tomorrow, we will go live with the gate! We are so excited about this safety and security measure we have wanted for the past 7 years. As a reminder, the main gate and side gate (walkers) will close at 8 AM. It is imperative that your child is here prior to 7:45 AM to avoid gate closure and to keep from being marked tardy. Once the main and side gates close, you will have to buzz the front office and go through some security questions before it opens. You must also get down and sign your child in as this is our campus protocol. Once you complete these steps, you will need to exit via the west side. We are asking our families to have some patience during this first week as we navigate our new process. Always remember that at TL, safety for all on campus comes first!

We celebrated our student and staff Core Value Winners for the month of April! Our Lobos continue to exemplify our core values in all they accomplish on a daily basis. We also celebrated Administrative Assistant and After School Professional day last week. We are appreciative of our staff and their continuous work in ensuring IDEA Tres Lagos Academy runs smoothly and our Lobos excel! Please see below for pictures of our recent celebrations.

This week we held our monthly New to IDEA breakfast. Our NTI Lobos are about to finish their first full year with us at IDEA Tres Lagos Academy. Our Principal, Mrs. Carcano and scholars shared their excitement for the upcoming end of year ceremonies and celebrations. We are thankful to all our families for their continuous commitment and support to excellence! 💛💙

We are so happy to announce that our gate is finally complete! With this new project there are some changes when you enter and exit the campus between the hours of 8 AM to 3:30 PM. We want to thank the Whataburger on Montecristo in Edinburg, the Dusek Family and the Tres Lagos Academy Lead Team for the amazing treats! Our Lobo’s enjoyed the pep rally, the posters, notes of encouragement, cookies and ice cream floats to pep them up for their upcoming STAAR exams. We know all our 3rd-5th grade Lobos will float above the STAAR’s! ✨
