Introducing our newest 8 week Velocity class starting next week.

First class will be on Monday 11.15.21. Classes will be going Monday through Saturday and you can choose any two days per week plus your custom workout for the rest of the week.

Our results on all of our upgraded drills have been outstanding and we are now able to hit the gains in 8 weeks that used to take us 12. Perfect timing for getting ready for January tryouts and getting your arms in shape for a productive and healthy season.

Registration will be closed this weekend so sign up now before all the open spaces are gone. Only taking a limited number of students.

Testing Velocities this week for current and new students. All are welcome to test if you're curious where you stand right now. 7 p.m. at Power Alley Sports Complex. Monday through Thursday this week.

Next week will be the last Velocity class available until Tryouts in January. We have advanced the program so much that we are getting better results in 8 weeks than we used to get in 12 weeks with the old program.

FREE, Special Throwing Clinic for Girls softball players tomorrow, Saturday 11.6.21 at 10 a.m.

All Softball players are welcome to attend our special throwing clinic and learn the professional techniques to throw harder, more accurate and safer in one clinic.

We will begin warm-ups at 10 a.m. tomorrow morning at the Power Alley Sports Complex and continue until close to 12 depending on size of group. Come learn the techniques professionals and college softball players use to maximize their arm strength on the field.

All players, parents and coaches are welcome to attend this free clinic and learn these techniques to help your players and daughters taught by pitching and throwing biomechanic specialist Coach Blake La Grange.

For the past 3 decades in Houston and around the country Coach La Grange has been developing these techniques, drills and programs while training coaches and players how to execute them on the field quickly.

Don't miss this tremendous FREE event at 10 a.m. tomorrow morning at the Power Alley Sports Complex. Just bring your glove and a hand towel and water. We'll be getting in some work. Look forward to seeing the Valley come out and up their throwing game for Girls Softball.

These are straight pitching lessons, not Velocity class. We are enrolling new Velocity students until the end of the month so our football players will be able to get their arms back in shape before the season starts.

For Velocity Class tonight, it will be at 7 p.m. and we are testing for the next phase of our program. See you all tonight.

Special Announcement,
since I am getting so many requests from clients to get back to Pitching lessons, I will be offering private small group Pitching lessons on the weekends starting this weekend Saturday and Sunday. This is not for Velocity, strictly Pitching. I will schedule age appropriate groups together.

I have been a Pitching specialist for the past 31 years and for the past 4 years I have only done Pitching lessons with my pro and college Pitchers. This weekend I will begin doing lessons for all age groups. 2 players minimum
