☀️🍎 McAllen ISD's Summer Meals Program starts TODAY!

From June 3 through July 31, children ages 1–18 can enjoy FREE healthy meals at participating McAllen ISD locations. No registration is required, and children do not need to be McAllen ISD students to participate.

Today we gathered for our End-of-Year Staff Luncheon to celebrate the close of another incredible school year and recognize the dedicated individuals who make Seguin such a special place.

We were proud to honor our McAllen ISD Service Award recipients for reaching important milestones of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 35 years of service in education. Thank you for your unwavering commitment, passion, and dedication to the students and families of Seguin. Your impact reaches far beyond the classroom and leaves a lasting legacy on our community.

We also celebrated a very special milestone as we honored our dear friends and colleagues, Mrs. Veronica Cantu, Mrs. Corinna Lopez, & Mrs. Conrada Tijerina on their retirement. 🍎🎉 After years of inspiring students, supporting colleagues, and making a difference in the lives of countless children, these ladies are beginning a well-deserved new chapter. Thank you for your dedication, kindness, and years of service to education. You will always be a cherished member of the Roadrunner family!

As we reflect on the 2025-2026 school year, we are grateful for every teacher, paraprofessional, office staff member, custodian, cafeteria worker, counselor, nurse, and support staff member who helped make this year a success. Together, we achieved great things for our students and school community.
