It is clear that texas is a constitutional carry state, meaning we don’t need a license to carry anymore, but here’s the problem with that, people are just buying a gun and not knowing actual gun law, of the what when and where to use a firearm and how, and those folks are being issued felony charges, meaning you can no longer own a firearm or purchase one, legally. Therefore, you need to learn the law call me get an understanding of what the law says. You can cannot do. Don’t just take it for granted.
