We are in the process of setting up anger management educational groups for the general public.
These will be groups held virtually via ZOOM once a week. 📆
The groups will focus on learning about anger and how to develop skills one can use to calm oneself down before saying or doing something one will regret.
To gain access to these sessions, there will be a required one-on-one phone or ZOOM consultation to insure each person is appropriate to participate. Groups will be limited to no more than 8-10 participants. ✍🏼
These group sessions will be provided at NO COST to chosen participants.
