On the final day of school, our students took center stage for the McAuliffe Elementary Talent Show, showcasing an incredible variety of talents. From singing and dancing to athletic skills, musical performances, and creative acts, our students impressed us all with their confidence, hard work, and courage.

The talent show was a celebration of the unique gifts that make our school community so special. We are proud of every student who stepped onto the stage and shared their talents with their classmates and staff. Their enthusiasm and willingness to shine made for a memorable and fun-filled event.

We also celebrated our years-of-service honorees and TIA recipients for their commitment to excellence and student success. Your hard work and dedication make a difference every day.

💦☀️ What a splash-tastic day at our McAuliffe Waterslide Field Day! ☀️💦

Our Challengers had an absolute blast celebrating the end of the school year with a day full of fun, laughter, and adventure! From giant waterslides and moon jumps to mini golf, obstacle courses, and so much more, there was excitement around every corner.

Seeing the smiles, teamwork, and joy on our students’ faces made the day truly unforgettable. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a huge success and created lasting memories for our Challengers!

As we wrap up another successful year, we wish all of our students a fun, safe, and relaxing summer break! ☀️

We are proud to recognize our students who achieved 100 AR points this year. These superstar readers earned a fun‑filled field trip to the McAllen Public Library, where they toured the library, read stories, played games, and took on a scavenger hunt. They wrapped up the day at Peter Piper Pizza with delicious food and tons of fun with their friends.

This week we celebrated our amazing 5th grade students as they closed one chapter and prepared to begin another. It is hard to believe that many of these students started their elementary journey during the pandemic, when our very first meetings happened through computer screens and virtual classrooms.

From those uncertain days to the confident, talented, and resilient students they are today, we have had the privilege of watching them grow year after year. They have filled our hallways and classrooms with laughter, kindness, determination, and unforgettable memories that we will always cherish.

To our 5th graders: thank you for the beautiful memories, the smiles, and the joy you brought to our campus. We are so proud of everything you have accomplished and cannot wait to see all the great things your future holds.

To our parents and families: thank you for your partnership, support, and trust throughout the years. Your encouragement and commitment to your children’s education helped make these moments possible.

On Friday, students who demonstrated excellent attendance and positive behavior were rewarded with a fun end-of-year field trip to the McAllen Municipal Pool! Students enjoyed the beautiful weather as they splashed, laughed, and celebrated a successful school year together. ☀️💦
