Texas Tech Parents Association (TTPA) is thrilled to announce the opening of its 2026 Scholarship Application! Each year, TTPA awards thousands of dollars in scholarships to help Texas Tech students thrive, with opportunities available for:
• Incoming Freshmen
• Returning Undergraduate Students
• New Transfer Students
• Graduate Students

These scholarships consider academic merit, financial need, field of study, and essay quality, offering crucial support to students across various backgrounds. Awarded in addition to Texas Tech University and Texas Tech Alumni Association scholarships, TTPA scholarships help open doors for more Red Raiders on their educational journey.

• Application Opens: January 1, 2026
• Application Closes: March 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM

Award Notification & Disbursement
Scholarship recipients will be notified through their TTU email, and awarded funds will be directly applied to student accounts for the 2026-2027 academic year, with half the funds allocated each semester.

It’s almost that time again! The 2nd Annual Texas Tech Night at the Vipers on Saturday February 1st at the Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg! 🏀

There’s a pregame networking event for alumni, current students, and prospective students and their families at 5pm in the party suite before tipoff at 7pm and we’d love to see you there! Forging new relationships, gaining new insight, and building your professional network is important and we can’t wait to grow our Red Raider family here in the RGV! Make sure to spread the word!

All tickets bought through our exclusive link below will come with reserved lower bowl seating, a cobranded hat featuring the Vipers and Texas Tech Alumni Association logos (with a color swap from last year’s design!), popcorn, and a drink! 🏀 Our 2nd Annual Texas Tech Night at the RGV Vipers was a success! 🏀

Thank you to everyone who attended and made the night a blast! We hope you were able to expand your Red Raider network at the mixer and had a great time cheering on the Vipers with your cobranded hat. Special thank you to former Red Raider basketball player Zhaire Smith for joining us for a quick photo op post game and as always, thank you to the Vipers for being such wonderful hosts!

We hope to see everyone again next year as we continue this annual event and stay tuned for more events!
