Most women who run a business have heard some version of it. How's your little side thing going? Is that still a hobby, or are you doing it for real now?

At OWE, that question doesn't come up. Every woman at the table is building something, and every one of them takes yours as seriously as you do.

That's a wrap on our September luncheon. ☕

Thank you to Ivanna Mendoza for spending the afternoon with us. She's the creator behind RGV Taste, the founder of HELL'N HEELS, and the producer of Cabaret Nights, and she came to talk about the power of a personal brand. The room was full and the conversation kept going long after the program ended.

She's the creator behind RGV Taste and the founder of HELL'N HEELS. She works with national brands without leaving the 956. On the 17th she's talking about how a personal brand gets built, and what it opens up once you have one.
