Welcome to Naturally Hopeful. 🌿

My journey began years ago after being diagnosed with PCOS and being told that having children might never happen for me. My cycles were extremely irregular, I wasn't consistently ovulating, and at times I experienced bleeding that lasted for weeks. I felt frustrated, discouraged, and disconnected from what was happening in my own body.

So I started learning.

I became passionate about understanding ovulation, cycle tracking, progesterone, the luteal phase, fertility-supportive nutrition and supplements, acupuncture, and the many factors that can affect our ability to conceive.

My own journey wasn't simple. I've experienced infertility, hormone challenges, pregnancy loss, countless blood tests, months of tracking—and ultimately the incredible blessing of becoming a mother to two daughters.

Naturally Hopeful grew out of everything I wish I had understood when my journey began.

Today, this page is dedicated to helping women become more informed participants in their own fertility journeys through approachable education, practical TTC resources, cycle-tracking tools, and downloadable guides.

Because sometimes the first step toward hope is simply understanding your body a little better. 🤍

Hello fertility warrior, I know it's hard to believe you are right where you need to be when trying to get pregnant and facing challenges with every single month that passes by even though you are doing all the right things.
For some of us, it's hard to see 2021 coming to an end and still no sign of pregnancy yet.
There were so many pregnancy announcements this year, with many babies to be born next year. This is great, but for many, it seems like every other woman is experiencing this blessing except you. It's hard, it's frustrating, it's isolating and not fair at all; I know, sis, I feel you,
You are not alone.
But here's the good news.
✅ You are right where you need to be right now,
✅ You are doing all the right things
✅ Don't give up
✅ You are a strong woman
✅ Your time is coming
✅ Stay committed, continue to love, care for yourself and nourish your relationship
✅ I'm excited for you
