TOMORROW, THE HERD IS BACK

As we head into the first day, here’s one important reminder for our entire community: Give everyone a little extra patience tomorrow.

Buses are learning new routes and schedules.
Drop-off and pick-up lines will take a little longer.
Families are figuring out new routines.
Students are finding classrooms and learning schedules.
Teachers and staff are welcoming new faces and getting everyone where they need to be.

Leave home a few minutes early. Slow down in our school zones. Watch for buses and students. Be kind to the person directing traffic. Give each other some grace.

Get some sleep, Buffaloes. Tomorrow we fill the classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, playgrounds, gyms, fields, and buses again. See you in the morning.

We have Open House from 4-7 today! Please park in the back and come inside at the back of the school. We look forward to meeting our new students and seeing familiar students as well! This is going to be a great year!!!

Good News MPS Families

This school year, all MPS students can enjoy breakfast and lunch at no cost. Our MPS Child Nutrition Department is looking forward to welcoming students back and serving meals throughout the upcoming school year. We are excited to help fuel learning and make mealtime one less thing for families to worry about.

Have You Enrolled Yet?

If you missed our In-Person Enrollment last week, there's still time to get ready for the new school year!

New MPS Students MUST enroll at the MPS Enrollment Center
200 East Adams

Returning MPS Students can enroll at their school site.

Enrollment Hours:
Monday–Thursday
8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Students CANNOT attend school until the enrollment process is complete.

Please bring the following required documents:
• Birth Certificate
• Current Immunization Record
• Proof of Residency (utility bill or rental lease)
• Tribal Membership Card (if applicable)
• Legal Documents (if applicable)
