J.J. Fricano earned his Rutgers bachelor's degree with the help of Rutgers Statewide, completing his coursework through Rutgers School of Business–Camden, taught right on the Atlantic Cape Community College campus in Mays Landing, without ever leaving his community or the family business he was helping run.

Today, he applies what he learned to running Storybook Land, the amusement park his grandparents opened 70 years ago and that he now co-owns with his sister.

Learn more about J.J.'s path and how we can help you earn your degree close to home.

Partnership in motion!

Rutgers University—Camden Interim Chancellor Dennis J. Shields visited Atlantic Cape Community College's Mays Landing campus, hosted by President Dr. Jason Abreu, a great reminder of how Rutgers Statewide connects students to a Rutgers degree right from their community college campus.

From the Innovation Center and Esports Lab to the Nursing simulation lab and the Rutgers Lifelong Learning Center, the tour showcased just how connected our campuses really are.
