We are just a little under two weeks away from our summer band and choir performances. In just three short weeks our students learned new repertoire, danced, played in a new ensemble(s), and grew a whole lot as musicians. Come and join us for two nights filled with music, both at the Hess School! 🐝🐉🎤🎸☀️

COME SING WITH US!!! This summer (for the second time now), Cassie Milone and I are hosting a Hamilton Township summer choir program here at the Hess school! All current first graders to current eighth graders in the district are eligible to participate. I’ve attached a Google form if they are interested (as well as tangible permission slips being sent home). You can also scan the QR code on the flyer!

If your child is participating in Camp Blue Star or summer band, they CAN participate in this!! Summer band students can pack a lunch and stay through for summer choir. Unfortunately, if your child is participating in Agents for Change, the schedule directly overlaps, and they cannot do both.

Please make sure, if you haven’t already, have your child return their permission slip/money (CASH ONLY) to us if you have already signed them up!

The Concert Band and Concert Choir celebrated another fantastic year of music with a breakfast party before school! What better way to start the day than with a sugar rush?! Thank you to all parents and guardians for your contributions in making this possible, we appreciate you! 🥓🥞🥐🍩🧁

The Concert Choir left both myself and the audience in awe last night as they put on a stellar last performance of “Sounds of a Better World.” From making my insane (shocker, I know) grand finale vision come to life, to demonstrating teamwork through the importance of “keep going,” literally. We’re all in this together, always. 💛🐝🌎💫🤞🏻

The 2/3 Choir put on a fantastic concert last night, filled with harmony, hope, and friendship. They “lit” up the stage with their shining voices and sang their hearts out. Person by person, they make the world a better place! 🐝🌟🫶🏼💛🎤
