‼️CLASS OF 2013.‼️
Our 10 year reunion is tomorrow evening at Calhouns on the River at 6pm. I reserved a room for 75 people and as of this moment, there have only been 20 or so people to pay and say they are coming. The total balance for the room is just above $2,000. I called Calhouns and told them we are not going to have 75 people and Calhouns let me know that I am personally responsible for paying the remaining balance/difference since i am the one who reserved it. However, the manager was nice enough to reduce our count to 50 people instead of 75 people but that still leaves a total balance of $1530. The amount we have paid Calhouns (not including the deposit) is $880. That leaves me paying out of pocket $650. So invite whoever you all want, i don’t care if they graduated with us or not, as long as they pay the $40 per person, they can come. I don’t even care at this point. Please share this so other people can see it and hopefully save my bank account. 😅

Also, if you are not sure if you have paid, please contact me and i will let you know.

🚨LAST CALL FOR REUNION🚨

This will be the last post to remind you all to pay if you haven’t already. The cost is $40 per person. The reunion is Saturday, June 17th. If you do not pay before hand, you can pay at the door upon entering. The last day to pay by venmo will be Friday, June 9th.

I am going to have to contact Calhouns and try to down grade our room. The room i have reserved holds up to 75 people. We have had no where near that commit to attending.

‼️CLASS REUNION IS BOOKED‼️

Hey guys! I have officially booked our 10 year class reunion! I will post all the details below.

June 17, 2023
Calhouns on the River
400 Neyland Drive
6:00pm-10:00pm

Cost is $40 per person. This covers your buffet meal, tax, and tip. The cut off date to pay is June 1st. The total bill right now is $2,430.81.

There will also be a cash bar. If you want an alcoholic drink, you will pay cash on the spot at the bar when you order your drink.

From what i understand, i believe there is also a balcony (i can confirm this if anyone needs me to) so that should make for pretty pictures! 🤩

If you are going to the reunion, you will pay straight to my venmo (-oliver-7) i will keep track of who has paid. I will not accept any other form of payment. It is just easier to do it through one payment app. If you are bringing a plus one, that will be an additional $40 and for headcount purposes, please tell me if you are bringing people with you. I have to have a headcount 7 days before the reunion. You can pay and let me know you are attending anytime between now & June 1st.

Please be patient with me as i am the only one putting this together. HUGE THANK YOU to Makayla Haun, Bailey Mize, Katie Zielinski, and Tanner Moyers for helping cover the cost of the deposit.

Also a special thank you to Julia Davis, Nathan Davis’ mother. She contacted me and asked if she could help cover the cost of the deposit to ensure we have enough money to book the reunion and make it happen. So thank you, Julia. We appreciated that more than you’ll ever know!

Good morning, everyone!

Our reunion is sneaking up on us and will be here before we know it! 🥴

The reunion will be held at Calhouns on the River and will be on a Saturday in June (exact date is TBA)

I have posted an email that their coordinator sent me, along with the dinner idea and room options.

Right now, i think 1 room would be sufficient. I haven’t had a good response from anyone on attending so i don’t know how many to expect.

I also have to put down a deposit on the room at the time of booking. The deposit is $200, and an extra $100 if we want a bartender for an open cash bar. I am hoping some people will go in with me and split the cost. I have to have the deposit in order to reserve the date.

Let me all know which buffet option you all would rather have as well!

Hey guys! I have a couple questions.

First- if you plan to attend the reunion, please comment on this post with yes or no. Also, give me a total number of people, including yourself, and comment that along with your yes or no.

Second- is there a specific Saturday in June of 2023 that would be better for anyone? If no one cares, i will pick a Saturday (if the venue allows) and book it. Also comment this preference asking with your answer on the first question.

I am looking forward to this reunion. I am probably the only person looking forward to it to be honest. Lol. Please give me some feedback and add anyone who we graduated with that is not in this group.

Hey guys! I am starting to work on some things for our reunion next year! It will be here before we know it!

I am thinking maybe June for our reunion. Also, i figured a Saturday would probably be the best for everyone but still wanted to get your alls opinion on it before i book anything!

Let me know what you all think and i will start calling places for pricing! I want to have a date in mind before i call and book!

Hey everyone! Our 10 YEAR reunion will be next year! I know it’s still pretty early, but i wanted to try to start bouncing around ideas on where we want to have it that way when the time comes, everything will go smooth! Any and all opinions are appreciated!

I know the class of 2011 rented out a part of Calhoun’s on the river and it looked like a lot of fun! I can get prices on that if you all want.
