Okay I'd say by now parents know that we are going NTI Thursday and Friday (if you don't here's your sign). With that said here are a few things we as parents can do to not have this continue: 👊💪
Wash coats, backpacks, shoes, EVERYTHING
Get to Walmart or shop at home in your PJs and order some clorox wipes for our teachers. There is no such thing as too many of these.
Same goes for tissues. If kiddos are sick yes they need to be home but let's be honest, kids still get just snotty noses. Let's help keep those germs off their sleeves and into tissues in trash cans.
Keep your baby home if they have had a fever, throwing up or diarrhea within the last 24hrs. They need to be on their own with this, not assistance from medicine.
Clean house....sounds silly but if your kiddo or kiddos are laid up at home and then go to school let's keep the germs down.
Lastly ENJOY THE TIME with your babies. They are only little once and watching them grow and learn is one if life's biggest blessings.

The 2022-2023 school approved calendar
Thursday, 1/6/22 will be an NTI day for Graves County Schools due to the forecasted inclement weather.
Mom's, dad's, Farmington families remember we start back to school Monday! I know those kiddos are ready to see our sweet teachers. Please remember now, if you have not already, this is a great time to wash coats and Lysol backpacks. Remember, your child needs to be fever free, vomit free for 24 hours before returning to school. If there is a fever this Sunday, don’t send them Monday. Motrin and Tylenol cover ups don’t count 🤗 Help keep our school healthy.

Many of our teachers will be there to visit with our Wildcat friends! We hope to see you there for a little bit of Christmas “normal!”

I am still wanting to do a secret gift idea for the wonderful teachers and staff at Farmington. Please message me if you would like to know what it is and how you can help. I have not received a great deal of interest in this and I KNOW we can do better because this school makes everyday better for each of our kiddos.
Because of covid school regulations PTO has not been able to assist a lot this year. There is one thing that I have learned the teachers could use. Could you pm me if you are interested in hearing about it? Hint- perfect Christmas gift 🎁
