📢 Class Reminder! 🥋

Just a reminder that we will have our regular class schedule all week, so we look forward to seeing everyone in the dojang!

Please note that we will be closed this Saturday, so be sure to get your training in during the week.

With the temperatures expected to be much warmer this week, don’t forget to stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water before and after class, and consider bringing a water bottle with you to help you stay cool and perform your best.

Also a reminder tshirts can be order though our website from our local vendor and can be worn in place of your uniform too all summer !

Train hard, stay safe, and we’ll see you in class! 💪🥋

We know we haven’t been posting as much lately, but Sa Bom Nim has been busy battling his toughest opponents yet… the two tiny black belts at home 😅👶👶

Thank you all for continuing to train, support the school, and be part of our martial arts family. We appreciate every one of you and look forward to seeing everyone in class!

Huge congratulations to everyone who completed our 100 Hyung Challenge today! This was an incredible test of focus, endurance, and spirit — and you all rose to the challenge.

Thank you for showing up, supporting one another, and pushing past your limits. Challenges like this remind us that growth comes from discipline, consistency, and a strong martial arts family. I’m proud of every single one of you! Almost 3 hours straight of forms with minimal breaks for water.

Rest up, stay motivated, and keep training strong. 👊
