Leader in Me is a whole-school leadership framework that helps students develop the skills and confidence to be leaders in their own lives. Through lessons based on Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, students learn responsibility, goal setting, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and service to others. At the elementary level, Leader in Me creates a positive school culture where every child is empowered to lead, make good choices, and reach their full potential—both academically and personally.
