🎤⭐ Mayer Elementary Student Council Candidate Speech Assembly! ⭐🎤

Our Student Council candidates have been working hard and are ready to share their ideas with their fellow Wildcats! 🐾 We invite families to join us and support these brave young leaders as they give their campaign speeches.

📅 Wednesday, September 16
⏰ 9:30 AM
📍 Mayer Elementary Gym

❤️🤍💙 Parents and guardians are welcome to attend and watch the speeches!

👶 A quick note about small children:
To help make sure every student speaker can be heard and has the attention they deserve, we kindly discourage bringing small children to the assembly when possible.

If you do need to bring a young child, please keep them with you in the bleachers at all times. If they become fussy, loud, or begin crying, we ask that you please step outside the gym with them until they are ready to return.

Thank you for helping us create a respectful and supportive environment for our student candidates! ❤️

We are proud of all of our students who are stepping up, using their voices, and showing leadership! 🌟

🐾 Go Wildcats!
Lead • Serve • Make a Difference

👏 **Celebrating Don Pava!** 👏

At September’s Board Meeting, we were proud to recognize **Don Pava** for his hard work, dedication, and the many ways he supports Mayer Unified School District. 💙💛

Don works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our schools and district running smoothly and safely. From organizing and planning the **septic system installation at Mayer Elementary School**, to helping ensure our schools are prepared to **pass Fire Marshal inspections**, to overseeing the day-to-day maintenance needs of our schools and District Office—Don is always there to get the job done.

So much of what Don does may happen behind the scenes, but his work makes a tremendous difference for our students, staff, and entire district.

**Thank you, Don, for your dedication, hard work, and commitment to MUSD!** We appreciate everything you do to take care of our schools and our Wildcat community! 🐾💙💛

Please join us in congratulating Don on this well-deserved recognition! 👏🎉
