Work hard, play hard! 🏋🎯

On Friday, our team took a well-deserved break before the busy harvest season to celebrate our successes together. We kicked off the day with office trivia and "Minute to Win It" games, then headed to Minot for supper, awards, and some friendly (but competitive!) games of paintball. Let's talk about desiccation! 🌾 Why should you choose to do a preharvest desiccation?

Killing off crops before harvest helps to achieve a uniform maturity across the field. This evens out different staging, allowing seeds and kernels to mature at the same rate. With the bottom of the plants dead, your combine can get through the crop easier. It also helps with late-season w**d control by killing off those pesky w**ds sitting in the canopy.

We are excited to continue supporting FFA both locally and statewide! Last week, we hosted the North Dakota FFA State Officer Team, State Staff, and members of the North Dakota FFA Foundation as part of their industry tour week. It was a privilege to show them around our facilities, share our new office addition project, and enjoy lunch together. We truly appreciate their interest in our operations and their engaging questions.
The support continued on Friday at the Stanley FFA golf tournament, where we sponsored a hole and the Scheresky Ag team placed 4th! ⛳️ This builds on our summer support at the State Convention, where we sponsored Session Two. It was incredibly rewarding to watch the students take the stage and see our partnership support their leadership journey. We love supporting FFA and the future of agriculture! 🌾
