Arebalo Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Adults and Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu group classes and private and small group lessons. We also offer a women’s only class at 12:30pm on Sundays.

Adam Arebalo is a third degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Rickson Gracie coral belt Luiz Palahares and is the only certified black belt instructor in the Coles County area. At Arebalo Jiu Jitsu, we maintain a friendly, family atmosphere that welcomes all ages and skill levels. Our students vary between those looking to get in shape, those looking to compete, those looking to gain self-de

fense skills, and those who are interested in an excellent hobby. Group classes are available 5 times a week and private / semi-private classes are available by appointment. Adult morning classes are Monday - Friday 9:00am, Saturday at 11:00am , and Sunday 11:30am . Adult evening classes are Monday and Wednesday 7:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00pm.
