WHEN: June 15 - 19 From 4:00 - 7:00 PM
WHERE: Hellenic Park - 2700 McKee Rd, Charlotte, NC 28270
WHAT: Come develop your SOCCER skills, build teamwork, make new friends, and have fun in a positive and energetic environment. All skill levels are WELCOME!
COST: $175 per camper

Each Camper will receive a camp T-shirt on the last day of camp.
On Day One, parents/guardians need to sign in and confirm T-shirt size in person for their campers.
Bring with you:
- Water bottle, we have coolers for refill
- Soccer ball
- Soccer cleats
- Shin guards
- Snacks/Fruits, we have a 20-minute break

Join us for the Socrates Middle School production of My Big Fat Greek Wedding!
Our Middle School scholars are putting the finishing touches on the storyline that brought Greek culture (and comedy) to the silver screen.
Bring family, friends, (and maybe even a bundt cake), to a wonderful night on campus.

A visit from UNCC! Dr. Anna visited Socrates Academy’s Upper School with some college level lessons! She taught some college level math to Ms. Karatzina’s Math 3 honors class and Mrs. Dave’s precalculus class. Thank you for visiting us, Dr. Anna!

Fifth grade scholars visited the Sullenberger Aviation Museum, where they were able to try out flight simulators and explore the cockpits of several different aircraft.
They also designed and launched paper planes and rockets in the museum’s MakerSpace!
While ending their field trip at Airport Overlook Park, a group of Navy officers celebrating Navy Week gave them the opportunity to explore one of their boats and ask LOTS of questions.

Our Greek Language middle school class had the wonderful opportunity to meet online with the Onaseio middle school of Kozani, Greece!
The students in Greece created a special board game about Socrates, titled “Socratic Method,” exclusively for our class, and of course for our entire school as well.
During the virtual meeting, students communicated in both Greek and English, practicing their language skills while making new international friendships.
The students from Greece presented the game with great enthusiasm, after having previously sent it to us with so much love and generosity.
After the meeting, our students played the game together, had an amazing time, and learned so many new things about Socrates and Greek culture.
A beautiful connection has started to grow between the students of both schools!

Scholars decorated personal bunnies, and made custom letters to their moms for Mother’s Day! In Greek and in English, they expressed their love and appreciation for the mothers and grandmothers in their lives.
