Davis Coaching and Consulting We focus on the growth and development of individuals and teams by using specialized coaching techniques combined with established personality assessments.

Davis Coaching and Consulting strives to help people identify what success means to them, reach goals, maximize talents and provide the framework to accomplish the level of achievement desired. We work with a wide range of people, from children beginning at the age of 6 and extending to the more “experienced” adults. We use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the MMTIC assessment instruments to assist in the development and self-discovery process. Individuals are not the only one to benefit from our expertise, we also provide services for teams, organizations, and businesses as well.
