Meet Miriam Jones! Miriam has been a part of CDS since our doors opened in 1989, with her oldest granddaughter in the very first kindergarten class and a grandchild enrolled at CDS ever since. This photo captures something special: Maizy, the last of Miriam’s grandchildren to graduate from CDS, and Eleanor, the first of her great-grandchildren to attend. Multiple generations, one incredible legacy! 🦁

Seniors ended their time at CDS on a high note with a senior trip to Utah! 🏔️ 🛶🚲 The week was packed with biking through Zion, kayaking Lake Powell, cliff jumping, sand surfing, exploring slot canyons, and hiking some incredible landscapes. It was the perfect way for the Class of 2026 to celebrate their final days together before graduation.

Our faculty and staff are the heartbeat of CDS.❤️🦁 At today’s end-of-year brunch, we honored those who have faithfully served our community, recognizing three faculty and staff members for 20 years of service, six for 15 years, six for 10 years, and 13 for five years. Join us in celebrating these remarkable individuals and the lasting impact they continue to make on our community!

Between JK graduation and 5th and 8th grade promotion, this week has been full of celebrating! 🎉 These moments are a reminder of all the ways our students have grown academically, socially, and spiritually throughout the year. We are thankful for all this year has held, the memories made, friendships formed, and the exciting journeys ahead for each of these students. The celebrations continue with Commencement this weekend! 🎓
