Softball is a game of failure. It’s going to happen. Cage work is the time where you can feel where your swing needs to be and make adjustments in real time.

This prepares you to step up to the plate in a game because you know what you’re supposed to feel to find success.

Athletes will learn the fundamentals of footwork, bat control, placement, and how to use their speed to create pressure on the defense.

This one is pretty special 🩵 Sophie has been coming to TSP since she was 9 years old — pitching with me Lauren Haeger and putting in the work on the hitting side with Kelsey.

Getting to watch her grow up in this building, chase this goal, and become the player and young woman she is today is the coolest part about what we do.

We are SO proud of you, Soph, and couldn’t be more excited to watch you live out your dream at UNC Chapel Hill.

From 9 years old at TSP to a Tar Heel. Pretty darn cool. 🩵🐏

Blaire putting in the work!

Focus on this drill: keeping her eyes behind the barrel and staying through the ball without pulling off her front side. The accountability noodle gave her instant feedback and helped reinforce a strong, connected swing path.

Small adjustments + consistent reps = big results. Keep stacking those wins, Blaire!
