Hear ye, Hear ye! Squires, maidens, and aspiring heroes! Travel back in time and trade your screens for shields this summer! Join in for an unforgettable journey into the Middle Ages, where history comes alive through games, STEM, crafts, and camaraderie. Your throne is waiting! Open to kids ages 6-11. $225

🧑🏻‍🔬 STEM-istry!

Calling all budding engineers and future scientists! This week we’ll build and create, hypothesize and test, and follow our curious minds and see where they lead in LOTS of challenges and experiments! Open to kids ages 6-11. $225
Camp 2 :: June 15-18 from 9-12:30

Camps are open to all kids - you don’t have to be a current Clever Fox family (or even a homeschooler!) to register! This is a great way to get to know me, my style, and the level of quality that goes into all things Clever Fox. All camps will be limited to 12 kids and registration is now open!

🦊 Clever Fox Homeschool Enrichment class start in less than 4 weeks!! 🥳🥳

Amazingly, I have a few spots open due to last minute registration changes:

Tuesdays 9-10:30 (kinder-4th grade): 🌎 World Geography. This class will cover 15 countries (!) over the course of the school year but is broken up by continent in each session. Session 1 is Asia, Session 2 is Africa. 2 SPOTS available.

Tuesdays 9-2 (kinder-4th grade): All day spot! If you’re looking for a longer chunk of time, I have 1 SPOT available. Session 1 classes are Asian Geography, Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About Animals and Full STEAM Ahead.

Thursdays 9:00-10:30: 🍩 Inventions (5th-8th grade). This is a really rare availability!! Inventions is one of my most popular classes, covering items such as the Ferris wheel, donuts, and board games, the students will learn each origin story and then create their own version of that invention. Kids LOVE this class! 2 SPOTS available.

🌟 Session 5 Highlights🌟
:: Younger Kids, K-4th grade ::

💡 Innovation Station
Kids are SO creative! This session including building cardboard box creations, animal-vehicle hybrids, cardinal games, a shoe box town and an extreme playground. Each week also included a presentation of their ideas!

🎲 Math Masters
What better way to avoid the Summer Math slump then to teach kids a bunch of games that will keep their math skills sharp! Using dice, dominoes, manipulative, word problems, games and competition, the kids improved their speed and fluency and had fun doing it!

🎨 Messy Masterpieces
Paint, clay, stamps, paint, sharpies, spray paint and more paint filled this session! It was messier than I could have predicted, and more wonderful too!

:: Older Kids, 5th-8th grade ::

🗺️ Above & Beyond :: Exploration
Beginning with ancient navigational tools and working our way through specific explorers, the kids learned about the expeditions of Marco Polo, the Vikings, Magellan, da Gama, Hudson, Columbus and many more. They finished the session with a research project about an explorer of their choice.

⚽️ SportsCenter
What do you do when you love sports but aren’t likely to be a pro-level athlete? Find a career in the field of sports! We learned about trainers, physical therapists, nutritionists, sports marketing, neurologists and several others. We wrapped up with a wax museum presentation of a famous athlete and a field day!

💵 Spring Fling Entrepreneurship
As always, this is a favorite for students, the community and me! Everyone worked so hard to create unique products to sell during the Market Day and their efforts really paid off! What a smashing success!

✨Session 4 Highlights✨
:: Younger Kids, K-4th Grade ::

🇺🇸Revolutionary Rumblings :: Through the eyes of famous Americans, the kids learned all about different Acts and Taxes, the Boston Tea Party, the Declaration of Independence, spies in the Revolutionary War, Redcoats, Patriots and Loyalists and the making of our brand new nation.

🌷Home for the Holidays :: Our homes are all make a little prettier with the decor we made themed around Spring, St. Patrick's Day, Easter and Summer. And the themed sweet treats don't hurt either!

📚 Dr Seuss Read, Write and Create :: One of my favorite things is watching kids' creativity run wild, and that's just what they got to do in this session! We played games, imagined, designed and invented, all themed around different Dr. Seuss books. This class will make a comeback for sure!

✨Session 4 Highlights✨
:: Older Kids, 5th-8th Grade ::

🎨 Famous Artists :: This session we learned about and mimicked Louise Nevelson and her assemblages, Cezanne and still life drawing, Banksy and graffiti, Frida Kahlo and her iconic flower headbands, Picasso and his cubism and Dr. Seuss's whimsical backgrounds.

🍝Pasta-Palooza :: We're all officially pasta making pros! Different sauces, flavors and shapes of dough, ravioli and experimental pastas (ever heard of chocolate ravioli?!) turned my kitchen into a floury mess, but we ate up every bite!

🪖War Zone :: Walking through WW1 & WW2 is a heavy topic for sure, but we covered important battles and leaders, trench warfare, causes and repercussions, the Holocaust, Pearl Harbor, and the glorious endings of both wars.

Starting Thursday, April 10, my Spring Fling Entrepreneurship class is starting and I would love to have 3-5 more creative, entrepreneurial, middle school kids join us! The class is from 10:45-12:15 on Thursdays (except April 24) and will finish for the year on May 22.

The kids in the class will learn all about branding and advertising, including advertising for their very own Market Day on May 15! They will come up with their own product idea, create lots to sell AND keep all the profits! 🤑 If this sounds like a great fit for your child, send me a message to find out more!
