Supplies for Success

08/18/2026

The Back To School event gets bigger and better every year! 130 students were outfitted with shoes, back packs and school supplies. We could not have done this with out the help of many hands. We are so grateful! Here’s to a wonderful school year 💙💛

We cannot wait to get all of these supplies into the hands of our students! It takes a village and ours really showed up! Thank you to everyone!!

🎒📚 COUNTDOWN TO CLASS — THANK YOU, MATTAWAN! 📚🎒

Amazed, beyond grateful, and humbled don’t even begin to describe how the Mattawan community has made us feel. ❤️

We have officially wrapped up our 2nd Annual Countdown to Class School Supply Drive, and once again, this community showed up BIG for our kids!

All of the donated school supplies will benefit Supplies for Success and their back-to-school event that helps local Mattawan Wildcats start the school year off strong, prepared, and ready to succeed.

A HUGE thank-you to FlashBidz in Mattawan for putting on their local business backpack challenge and helping make this year’s drive even bigger and better than last year!

We also want to thank Vintage Inspired, Happy Days Cafe, Advia Credit Union and the Village of Mattawan for serving as drop-off locations and helping us make this drive possible.

And to the businesses and individuals who generously donated — we cannot thank you enough! ❤️

Thank you to:
• Dollar General — Mattawan
• Chin Chins
• Saunders Greenhouse
• CC Creative Catering
• Cozy Egg

• And the many anonymous individual donors who contributed

Every backpack, notebook, pencil, folder, and supply donated represents a student who will have a little more confidence walking through those school doors this fall. That is something truly special.

To everyone who donated, shared our posts, encouraged the program, or helped spread the word — THANK YOU. Your generosity is making a difference right here in our community.

Our community is truly unlike any other, and we are so incredibly grateful to be a part of it.

Here’s to another successful school year, Wildcats! 🎒📚

Help us, along with our amazing local business partners, collect school supplies for our Second Annual Countdown to Class School Supply Drive!
School supply donations such as, notebooks, pencils, crayons, and other student essentials will be donated to Supplies for Success to help local students start the school year prepared and confident.
Paper products and classroom essentials—including tissues, disinfecting wipes, paper towels, hand sanitizer, and Expo markers—will be donated directly to Mattawan Consolidated Schools to help our teachers stock their classrooms for a successful school year.
Every donation, big or small, helps make a difference. Thank you for helping us support our students, teachers, and community!

We are so honored to have been the recipient of the Ron Jackson Agency Giving Project! RJA partners with the Growlers to host the Non-Profit of the Night. We were given in game recognition, a community engagement table and the opportunity to participate in the miracle minute! Thank you to RJA, the Kalamazoo Growlers and my volunteers who helped with the miracle minute!!
