After stepping away from high school as a teenager to support her family, Yolanda never lost sight of her goal to earn her diploma. At Norwalk-La Mirada Adult School, she not only graduated with an impressive 3.24 GPA, but also served as a Student Board Representative and class speaker! 🎓✨

As a cancer survivor living with a disability, Yolanda continues to inspire everyone around her through her community work, caregiving, and passion for learning as she pursues her associate degree. Her story is proof that it’s never too late to chase your dreams and find your voice. 📚💙
