Mena has been a competitive boxer since 2005. He has won several competitions from 2007 to now. He is the New Jersey Golden Glove state champion for 2016 at 165. He has been trained by Sizzlin Sal Lopez who has been inducted into the world hall of fame in the same year as Mike Tyson. Mena is a WITS Certified Personal Trainer and has been training clients since 2009 and decided to go full time last

year. All session are done appointment only. Call for a free trial session
