🔹 “What options do you see?” Encourages them to think beyond the first solution.
🔹 “What would you do if I weren’t here?” Builds confidence, judgment, and independent decision-making.
🔹 “What do you think your next step should be?” Shifts ownership of the solution back to them.

Before you give away the answer, ask a question instead. Over time, these subtle moments will help your people become more autonomous.

🔹 Outcome — What specifically needs to be completed?
🔹 Deadline — By when?

Identify a small number of role-specific workflows tied to work.
Such as:

🔹 An HR professional may need AI to help summarize employee feedback and identify themes.
