VacationLand Daycare has been open to care for your little ones throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. With Long Island reopening and families returning to work, we thought we would share what we are doing to make VacationLand Daycare a safe place for your little ones. Along with a social distancing sign on our front door, a Sanitizing Station in our entry way, and guidance for proper hand washing posted in our restroom, we follow the following protocol:
Our COVID-19 response:
- No Parents in daycare - pick up/drop off at the door
- Daily Health Check
- Strict exclusion policy for anyone with virus symptoms
- Hand washing/sanitizing frequently throughout the day
- Frequent cleaning of all toys/bedding
- We, as daycare providers, do our part in social distancing when daycare is not open - limited outings, always wear masks/use hand sanitizer in public, when social distancing is not possible.
