Our 4th Grade Celebration was an absolute BLAST! 🎉🖤💛

These kids spent the day celebrating all of their hard work and accomplishments! We kicked things off with some inflatable fun, followed by some INTENSE dodgeball games and creating some pretty sweet frames for our 4th grade group photos! 📸

After working up an appetite, everyone enjoyed pizza and chips 🍕, and then cooled off with our ice cream bar loaded with all your favorite toppings 🍨

We wrapped up the day spending time with friends playing more competitive dodgeball, Uno Wars, inflatables, football, and basketball! 🏈🏀

A HUGE thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who helped make today so special for our 4th graders. We truly couldn’t have done it without you! ❤️

Today was filled with laughter, friendship, memories, and so much fun. The perfect way to celebrate an incredible group of students! 🎓✨

Due to the postponement of the Perry High School Graduation Ceremony to Tuesday, May 26th, Watson Elementary’s 4th Grade Recognition has been rescheduled.

We appreciate everyone’s flexibility and understanding as we celebrate our amazing 4th graders and all they’ve accomplished this year! We can’t wait to recognize and honor this special group of students as they get ready for their next big adventure. 💙💛

🎉 The kids had an amazing time at Field Day!

There were games, bounce houses, an obstacle course, flag football, popsicles, laughter, and so much fun all day long! ☀️🏈🍧🎈

A huge thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who gave their time and helped make today possible. And a HUGE shout out to Mr. Ward for being the best gym teacher Watson could ask for and making field day 10 times better!
We couldn’t have done it without you all! Your support helped create a day filled with smiles, memories, and excitement for our students. 💙🎉

A few reminders before the big day:

🧦 PLEASE make sure students are wearing socks and send an extra pair for good measure!
👟 Wear easy slip-on shoes if possible
🚫 The side parking lot will be blocked off
🏫 The field near the playground and our school gym will be used for Field Day activities!

We have both morning and afternoon volunteer opportunities available, with times varying by grade level! Volunteers will help run activity stations, guide classes as they rotate, and help keep all the Field Day fun running smoothly. 😄☀️

🌞 Morning Session: 9:10 AM – 11:30 AM
(2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, Silva & Rizzo)

🌞 Afternoon Session: 12:30 PM – 2:50 PM
(4th Grade, Kindergarten & 1st Grade)

🙌 Whether you can help for one session or the whole day, we would LOVE to have you join us!

🔒 Please remember: All volunteers must have a current background check on file.

On Thursday, May 14th, WATSON PTO will be treating all of our amazing Watson kiddos to Kona Ice during recess! 🌈🍧

This special event helps support our D.A.R.E. program, and we need a few wonderful volunteers to help make it run smoothly!

🕙 Volunteer Time: 10:40 AM – 1:40 PM (Please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in)
📍 Help students get their Kona Ice during recess

✅ Volunteers must be FBI/BCI background checked through Perry Local Schools.
