📣 Concession Stand Volunteers Needed for Football Season! 🏈🎶
Band family — we need your help this fall! Our concession stand is one of our biggest fundraisers for the band program, and we can’t do it without volunteers.
We are now starting to fill volunteer spots for home football games for the upcoming season. Parents, guardians, and family members are encouraged to sign up for a shift or two throughout the season. No experience is needed — we will help you!
Volunteering is a great way to support our band students, meet other band families, and help make the season successful for everyone.

📣 Marching Band Uniform Fittings Reminder 🎶
Marching band fittings are coming up! Please see the schedule below:
• Tuesday, May 19th at 6:00 PM — Incoming Seniors & Freshmen
• Wednesday, May 20th at 6:00 PM — Incoming Juniors & Sophomores
Fittings will take place in the band room. Please make every effort to attend your assigned date and time.
💵 Cash or check is preferred.
💳 There will also be an option to pay by credit card using Zeffy. We are trying this payment option out for the first time this year, so we appreciate your patience as we work through the process.

Just a few important marching band and concert band reminders for families:
• All students participating in marching band will need marching gloves, except percussion. Please make sure students have their gloves ready for the season.
• Concert band attire this year will be all black. At this time, there is no additional concert band attire fee.
• Wind players will also need a concert dress or tuxedo. If your student does not currently have one, or needs to be refitted, please plan accordingly.
• Band students will receive one band shirt at no additional cost thanks to the Band Boosters. Additional shirts will be available for purchase for parents, family members, or anyone who would like one. These shirts match the band theme/style for the year and change annually. We do not have this year’s design available yet.

Tonight’s band contest has been canceled. The hosting school has no power. The event is canceled.

The Band Booster Meeting tonight (March 9) is canceled due to the band concert. It is rescheduled for Monday, March 16 @7:00 pm in the High School Band room.

The students spent the day listening to other schools and having specialty clinics. They also were chosen to perform in the final closing concert!!
